This product is specially formulated to kill Culex, Aedes and many different species of mosquitoes during their larvae/pupae stages. Simply put a few drops of the oil into stagnate area. It spreads into a thin but resilient oxygen barrier on the water surface that suffocates and kill the larvae and pupae underneath the water surface.
